MAX TAYLOR began sweeping chimneys in North Carolina in 1982. He was well known as a tradesman that honored his customers and treated them like family. His business was built on repeat customers who called him back annually for their cleanings and checkups. Max received the status of Master Chimney Sweep from the American Chimney Sweep Association in 1989.
Being raised here in Texas, he sold his successful business and returned home to the Lone Star State in May of 2000. In the spring and summer when sweeping is slow, Max is in demand for his Koi Ponds and Water Garden construction. You can see some of his beautiful water garden work at:
Max has four sons who still reside in North Carolina. Max is married to Debbie Taylor.
NOTICE: Max Taylor, the owner of Piccadilly Ltd. Chimney Sweep has been placed on 'INJURED RESERVE." Due to a shoulder injury suffered in early 2010, he will be unable to service any chimneys until fall of 2010. Max apologizes for any inconvenience this causes his loyal customers.
