Chimney Sweeping… How does it work?
From your initial phone call to secure an appointment through the final
completion of your chimney being cleaned, you will find you will be treated with respect and honesty. Your questions will be answered as thoroughly and as quickly as possible. Please tell us about any problems you may be experiencing and let us know of any special needs.
The owner will arrive with proper equipment to protect your home and possessions, showing respect for your family’s residence. We utilize the latest technology and dust collection and filtration equipment to ensure a dust free service. Your chimney will be inspected after cleaning, searching for defects that may need to be corrected. When the inspection is completed, we will discuss any findings with you. In the event that we do locate an issue that needs to be addressed, we will provide you with proper documentation and solutions to resolve the issues.

NOTICE: Max Taylor, the owner of Piccadilly Ltd. Chimney Sweep has been placed on 'INJURED RESERVE." Due to a shoulder injury suffered in early 2010, he will be unable to service any chimneys until fall of 2010. Max apologizes for any inconvenience this causes his loyal customers.
